Supervising bachelor thesis projects at Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences. The Bachelor Project course is the final stage of the Public Administration bachelor programme. It serves as a test of a student’s competency in setting up and conducting research in public administration (or social sciences in a broader sense). In the Bachelor Project, students integrate academic skills and conduct a more in-depth exploration of the knowledge and insights they have acquired in public administration (social sciences) theories and concepts by conducting scientific research. Students will go through the full research cycle: from the formulation of the problem and theoretical framework to conclusions and recommendations. The Bachelor Project has been scheduled for periods 7 and 8 of B3, with an introductory meeting taking place in period 6. The study load is 15 ECTS.
