Description
The Japanese helping organisation JICA organised a study tour in the UK and the Netherlands to study the local property tax systems of these countries, in order to set up a new system in Palestine.
My presentation comments on the historical development of the property tax in the Netherlands, international comparison of local taxes and legal and practical principles by setting up a new system of local property tax.
The municipality of Rotterdam comments later this day on the practical implications, experiences, development over the time, organisation of valuation and the computer system.
