The aim of this event is to bring together various stakeholders who are active in circular economy, social inclusion, and regeneration in the context of urban waste management to address questions such as: What are the opportunities/benefits and challenges of cooperatives and circular craft centers that strive to increase circularity and how can they include local communities at the same time? What can we learn from waste cooperatives that operate successfully in other countries? How can we shift the current focus from recycling and energy recovery towards reusing and repairing materials? How can we engage the young generation in this mentality shift? And how can we deal with food waste issues?
