    From November 2010 Yuwen Li has co-directed the project on ‘Research on Theory and Practice concerning the Reform of the Administrative Litigation System in China’. The project is funded by the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Beijing and will last for three years. The Chinese partner of the project is the Centre for Protection of the Rights of Disadvantaged Citizens (CPRDC) of Wuhan University. In April 2011 Yuwen Li was in China to attend and speak at the opening ceremony of the project. From 6 November to 14 November 2011, Yuwen Li on behalf of the ESL received a Chinese delegation consisting of scholars and judges specialized in administrative law and administrative litigation. The delegation visited the Council of State, the National Ombudsman, courts in Den Haag and Rotterdam, Peace Palace and Loyens & Loeff law firm. The visit to the Netherlands was concluded with an academic meeting with lawyer Hugo Pennarts and Professor L.J.R. Rogier and Professor A.R. Hartmann from ESL.
