I was invited by one of Belgium's biggest podcasts, Welcome To The AA, to deliver a contribution to their subseries on metal music and culture. Drawing on my experience as a researcher of all things heavy music, especially, culturally, I detailed the origins of the metal music studies field and how it continues to be a driving force for further inquiry into a complex genre of music, both musically and culturally.

    In het tweede deel is het gezellig hangen met Tim en Bert van de Belgische postrock band Astodan die een tijdje geleden alles kwamen vertellen over hun nieuwste plaat.
