Op 10 december 2025 heeft Masuma Shahid, promovenda aan Erasmus School of Law binnen het departement Law & Markets, de Max van der Stoel Human Rights Award 2025 ontvangen voor haar proefschrift ‘Queering Courts. Analysing the Equal Marriage Rights Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the United States Supreme Court’.
