I conducted a literature study on behalf of the Dutch Council for the Judiciary into knowledge about and insight into the effectiveness of judicial decisions. For this purpose, I scoured national and international literature.

In the podcast ‘The state of research’, I explain what insights the 2023 study into the effectiveness of judicial decisions has yielded.
