Description

Data on Australian mining ventures including data on their boards and CEOs used to assess the effect of changes in CEO duality on venture survival. According to the initial agreement with the RAM, only the researchers involved in the research project can have access to the data. Any other researcher needs to get approval directly from the RAM.
