Research interests

Gender and diversity in organisations, including sports organisations. Gender and biological sex. Gender norms; gender inequlities; patriarchal norms; masculinities; violence; norms on violence; armed conflict. My thesis was on how patriarchal norms, especially on masculinity, are related to different types of violence.
