Research interests
Adiam is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Social Studies. Prior to joining the ISS, she has held successive research positions at the Ethiopian Development Research Institute as well as the World Bank over a period of 10 years. She is very well versed with the research cycle of economic studies. Adiam specializes in impact evaluation studies with main research interests in women economic empowerment, entrepreneural development and wage employment.
