Venezuelan sociologist and PhD researcher at the ISS, devoted to the study of global oil price cycles and its impact on the sustainable development in oil exporting economies. 18 years’ experience evaluating and advising of socio-economic development policies in Venezuela and Latin America for public institutions, multilateral organizations and multinational companies. Current research activities focus on global oil price cycles and its impact on the sustainable development in oil exporting economies.
