Personal profile

Research interests

My research focuses on enhancing the informativeness of online ratings and improving the collection of consumer feedback. I aim to reduce decision uncertainty for consumers while enabling firms to better leverage online opinion data for predicting future purchase behavior.

I employ a dual-methodological approach: (1) Experimental Design & Causal Inference, to establish robust relationships in observational and field data; and (2) Psychometrics & NLP, to extract latent consumer sentiments. I strive to synthesize the rigor of a Causal Data Scientist with the nuanced perspective of a Behavioral Decision Scientist.
