Research interests
My PhD research at EGSL concerns the conflict-of-law issues in cross-border data protection claims to create more legal consistency and predictability in the private enforcement. The research involves comparative studies on several jurisdiction, including the EU, US and Thailand.
I am fully funded by the Court of Justice of Thailand to pursue my PhD research at the EUR.
Currently, I have a valuable opportunity to participate in the Sectorplan SSH-Breed ‘The Influence of Digitalization on Work, Prosperity and Entrepreneurship’.
