Personal profile

Research interests

My research focuses on quality improvement and innovation in healthcare, with a particular interest in hybrid care pathways, boundary work in collaborative settings, and value-based healthcare. I study how professionals, patients and managers navigate organisational and institutional boundaries when working towards more integrated, innovative and patient-centred care, including the use of eHealth. Methodologically, I draw on action research and participatory approaches such as learning histories to support learning, reflection, and co-creation in complex healthcare systems.
