Research interests

Moritz Wiedemann is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Rotterdam School of Management. His research focuses on the intersection of sustainability and empirical corporate finance, with a particular interest in how financial factors influence corporations' transition to net-zero emissions. In addition, he has also explored the intersection of health and finance. He earned his PhD from Imperial College London in 2024 and is currently a visiting scholar at Cornell University.
