Research interests
**Peter Scholten is full professor of Migration and Diversity Policy at the Department of Public Administration and Sociology**. He is director of IMISCOE, Europe’s largest academic network of research institutes on migration, integration and social cohesion, and editor-in-chief of the journal Comparative Migration Studies. Besides, he is coordinator of the master Governance of Migration and Diversity (cooperation of Leiden University, Delft University, and Erasmus University Rotterdam), and coordinator of the Erasmus Migration & Diversity Institute (EMDI). Currently, he is leading several international research projects, among it the CROSS-MIGRATION project (a H2020 funded project on the systematic cross-national accumulation of knowledge).
Research interests: migration, diversity governance, multi-level governance, comparative public policy.
