Research interests

Renée Scheepers is an Assistant Professor in Health Workforce Well-being, at the section Socio-Medical Sciences of the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management (ESHPM). She is an occupational health psycholist focusing on clarifying and improving well-being of healthcare professionals and (medical) students. Specifically, she performs research on the effects of working conditions and healthcare provider well-being on patient care quality.  In addition, Renée teaches and coordinates courses in the Bachelor, Pre-Master, and Master program of Health Sciences (ESHPM) and Medicine (ErasmusMC).
