Abstract
This chapter provides an extensive literature review with the primary objective
to provide a conceptual overview of the concept of social entrepreneurship based on four
different schools of thought (i.e., the Social Innovation School of thought, the Social Enterprise School of thought, the EMES approach, and the UK approach).
