Abstract

The presentation overviews the European Commission Action Plan on EU BEPS issues that the Commission released on 17 June 2015. Topics addressed include CC(C)TB relaunch, the potential for an EU anti-BEPS Directive (or alike instrument), and the future role and function of the EU's Code of Conduct Group. The presentation was held in Amsterdam at the 10th Annual GREIT Conference entitled 'EU BEPS; Fiscal transparency, Protection of Taxpayer Rights and State Aid' by Maarten de Wilde on 17 September 2015.
