Abstract

This thesis describes structured reports with uniform terms to describe congenital lung abnormalities on prenatal ultrasound, postnatal CT scan, and pathology. It is a first step in elucidating the controversy surrounding these lesions. The second step is to conduct a randomized trial, the design of which is described in this thesis. This will ultimately lead to a tailor-made approach to the treatment of patients according to personalized medicine principles.
