Abstract

We present the case of a previous healthy patient who suffered from severe respiratory insufficiency based on an H1N1v pneumonitis. He was admitted to ICU, intubated and mechanically ventilated. Eventually the patient recovered. Three months after discharge he was still suffering from restrictive lung disease.
