Baerveldt glaucoma drainage device: A postoperative story

Abstract

In this research 2 operative treatments for glaucoma were compared, trabeculectomy versus Baerveldt glaucoma drainage device implantation (BGI). Aditionally, 2 postoperative complications of the BGI were discussed, i.e. diplopia and endothial cell loss.
