Abstract
This chapter discusses the implications of the Treaty of Lisbon for the fight against terrorism at the EU level. It is argued that if the ambitions of the Stockholm Programme will be transformed into binding legal instruments, the information exchange between the national security services will be greatly facilitated.The present and forthcoming case law of the ECJ, in which the human rights and access to justice aspects of EU anti-terrorism measures play an important part in the chapter as well.
