Abstract
This edited section and introductory chapter, which were included in a book on constitutionalism, addressed a wide range of comparative perspectives (South Africa, USA, Israel and Nepal), on formal principles of legality, human rights and access to justice, with a focus on globalization of human rights norms and multiculturalisation of different legal and other normative orders.
