Abstract
The first two parts deal with Dutch bilateral aid policy and its sectoral implementation. The third part analyses the scope and conditions for co-ordination which the extensive conclusions concentrate upon the problems relative to organizational and priority changes and to the co-ordination at home and elsewhere.
