Abstract
NL:

Conversations in which participants exchange perspectives can be found in all sorts of settings: in education, in the workplace, and even in private situations. These conversations involving two or more people often contain a reflective element. In this book, we therefore refer to these conversations as reflection conversations. This book contains images and questions. The combination of images and questions in this book is intended to encourage you to explore how to conduct reflection conversations and how to improve the quality of those conversations.
Who is this book for?
This book is for anyone in an educational setting, professional context, or personal situation who engages in reflective conversations. The fifteen themes provide guidance to teachers, mentors, and students on how to discuss their different perspectives, preferences, and expectations with one another.
