Abstract

A 68-year-old male was referred for investigation and management of an asymptomatic abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). It was an incidental finding during an abdominal ultrasound. His past medical history included smoking and a coronary artery bypass graft, performed 3 years earlier. On examination he had an expansible pulsatile abdominal mass and all peripheral pulses were present.
