Abstract
Evaluation of yield and complications of FIT-based colorectal cancer screening indicates a favorable balance between benefits and harms. In addition, our findings emphasize the importance of repeated participation, particularly when using a high FIT cut-off to allow for detecting missed lesions at subsequent screening.
