Abstract
In this thesis, we extended the investigation of endocrine therapy resistance in HR+/HER2- breast cancer, aiming to elucidate cross-resistance mechanisms and identify potential response biomarkers. The research in this thesis is structured as follows, from functional and discovery research in cellular model systems to translational research in clinical specimen.
