Abstract

Fairness has long been a critical issue in the film and television industries. Research has exposed not only systemic discrimination of women and marginalised groups in above-the-line and below-the-line roles but also issues such as labour exploitation, pay gaps, intellectual property restrictions, and contract disputes.
