Abstract
After the victory of the PVV, the Netherlands is struggling with the question: how can an undemocratic party with unjust ideas govern a democratic constitutional state? Anti-institutionalism is ingrained in every populist ideology - but the institutions of the democratic constitutional state are not defenseless.
