The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) with intelligent machine learning has helped humans in various sectors to achieve higher efficiency, more intelligent decision-making, and sustainability-sound solution providing. From the industrialization perspective, it has brought human society with much more power, efficiency, and capacity beyond humans themselves. The development of AI, assisted by big data as a source and machine learning as a method, has also been quietly but quickly changing the foundation of the institution of our current world, which also seems worrying both for the private and the public sectors. These changes affect not only the economic structure of a society but also its social and legal foundations. After that, a new paradox is presented: AI acts as our arm to help us, but AI might also be a new force to extinct us.
