Abstract
Monitoring patients with Head and Neck Cancer (HNC) occurs on an outpatient basis for up to 5 years after their treatment. During these often-short contact moments with their physician, efficiently communicating information is a prerequisite for appropriate care. The department of ENT/Head and Neck Surgery of Erasmus MC developed Healthcare Monitor to monitor general health status and quality of life of patients during the entire outpatient care process.
