Abstract

This blogpost discusses two key cases under the Dutch collective action regime (WAMCA), First, it addresses the next steps in the ongoing TikTok collective action, in particular the latest interim judgment of 10 January 2024, in which the claimants were declared admissible.
Second, it zooms in on the collective action against Google and the private international law implications.
