Abstract

The dissertation examines the formal influence of creditors in insolvency proceedings. The insolvency proceedings studied are bankruptcy, pre-pack, and ‘the Dutch scheme’ (WHOA). Topics covered are (among others) information rights, the right of complaint, the creditors' meeting and the creditors' committee.
