Abstract

Knowledge and the management of knowledge are recognized as becoming more important to modern organizations. Unfortunately, modern literature is not clear on the ways to implement knowledge management in practice. This article presents a model for this purpose, dedicated to professional organizations. Present theories about knowledge, learning organizations and knowledge transfer form the basis of the model. The model is applied to CMG Software Testing.
