Abstract

These contributions in an edited collection of articles addressed various scholarly and practice-based perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of mobilizing human rights and seeking access to justice in South Africa. It further included reflections on the globalization of human rights as well as multicultural perspectives from other historical periods in South Africa and from other jurisdictions, including Kenya and to some extent India.
