Abstract

This thesis addresses the associations between prenatal exposure to phthalates and bisphenols with fetal growth, DNA-methylation in cord blood and cardiometabolic and renal health during childhood. Higher fetal exposure to phthalates and bisphenols seems to have an association with multiple aspects of cardiometabolic health from the fetal period until adolescence.
