Abstract
The effects of the activities of various political and non-political pressure groups (NGOs, business, trade-unions) on the policies of the EEC toward the Third World are analysed from an economic and political perspective, as well as the effects of such policy pressures, including an analysis of the Third Lome Convention, the most recent Multi Fibre Arrangement and the effects of the Common Agricultural Policy.
