Abstract
On the invitation of the Dutch Society for Financial Law I wrote a analysis on PSD2 and the payment and open banking markets more generally. I discuss business models, scope of the regulation, international activities, AISPs, PISPs, SCA, competition issues, obtaining a license, liability, use of data, anti-money laundering and PSD3.
