N2 - RealSee is a leading provider of integrated digital space solutions in China. Established in 2017 as a subsidiary of Ke Holdings Inc, RealSee specializes in catering to the second-hand housing and rental market as well as new home market. Leveraging Ke Holdings' home dictionary and other housing information databases, RealSee developed a range of innovative commercial products including VR property showing, AI property explanations, VR tours, and AI design, all aimed at enhancing the house viewing experience for users and improving the efficiency of real estate agents. In 2022, RealSee transitioned to become an independent entity separate from Ke Holdings. This move marked the beginning of RealSee's venture into the commercial exploration of three-dimensional (3D) space construction in industries beyond real estate. However, without the support it had previously received from Ke Holdings, which played a vital role in its development, RealSee now faces the challenge of generating revenue independently. Furthermore, RealSee must prioritize the delicate balance between short-term commercialization objectives and long-term development strategy to ensure sustainable growth.
