Abstract
In this article I deal with Roboadvice with respect to financial products, such as investments, loans and insurance. I discuss relevant guidance by the Dutch regulator AFM and the European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA). I also deal with privacy aspects and anti-money laundering compliance.
