Abstract

Dit proefschrift onderzoekt methodes voor domeinadaptatie voor medische beeldanalyse tussen verschillende beeldmodaliteiten, op basis van deep learning en representation learning. De methodes worden geëvalueerd op verschillende taken, zoals longweefselclassificatie en tumorsegmentatie.
