Abstract
Modern surgical procedure learning is forced to be more efficient and effective. In this thesis, structure is presented to facilitate this process. First, the phases of learning should be structured in order to facilitate learning: observing, doing and reflecting. Secondly, the content of these phases should also be structured in a stepwise manner and aligned between the different phases.
