Abstract
This report provides the Commission with inputs to work in its evaluation of the Council Regulation (EU) No 904/2010 of 7 October 2010 on administrative cooperation and combating fraud in the field of value-added tax (VAT). The study was commissioned by DG TAXUD and was implemented in the period July 2022 to April 2023 by Ecorys.
