Abstract
This article looks at the latest shift towards a greener water law in China. It examines in what way a sustainable development friendly approach to the utilization and management of water resources is reflected in that country's international and domestic water law. It analyzes bilateral and multi-lateral agreements to which China is a party, and which regulate the sustainable utilization and management of particular international watercourses.
