Abstract

Since the foundation, 110 years ago, of what we now know as the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the University Library has been expanding its collection. These works, and the collections they are part of, show how a School of Commerce (1913) evolved into the renowned University it is today, where learning, growth, and connection are stimulated. In 'The Living Library : Stories from the Collections of the Erasmus University Library' we highlight our most interesting and special collections, most notably the stories they tell us, to our living library.
