Abstract
You are the leader of four employees of a research and development (R&D) team at a mid-size manufacturing company in the biomedical technology sector. You are in this position for about eight years and you enjoy your job. The management of the company contacts you this morning. They have a vacancy in a leadership position in another R&D team and ask you to make a suggestion about a potential candidate from your team. You know that your decision will have a great impact on their final selection.
