Abstract

In this podcast, Dr. Leonie Reins will discuss the role that the energy solidarity principle on the one hand and FDI screening on the other hand play in the creation of a more integrated regulatory framework for energy policy in the EU and the creation of an Energy Union. More precisely she explains the link between the energy solidarity principle as interpreted by the General Court in the OPAL case and the impact the FDI screening regulation has on the energy sector.
