Abstract

The second Volume of The Criminal Code of Curacao is introduced five years after the first. Several new provisions have been introduced and others have been amended. Late 2015 through the so-called 'Bezemwet' these amendments have been inserted in the Criminal Code of Curacao. This new Volume provides these new provisions of the Criminal Code of Curacao as well as more specific explanation of the made amendments. Besides the new provisions, omissions in the first Volume, if applicable, have been improved.
